Building a XP Retro Gaming PC with an GeForce 8800 GTX

Recently, I built my Retro Dream Machine PC. The computer I couldn’t dream of affording back in the day. Most of the build is new old stock except for the ram, power supply, and the Nvidia 8800 GTX graphics card. I had a blast building and using it. I’ve been using a Dell Inspiron 9400 laptop for retro gaming. It was great, but taking it out and setting it up was a bit inconvenient. You can check that video out here. Do you have memories with any of this hardware? Or have you built or been contemplating building a retro rig?

If you enjoyed this video be sure to check out this one where I refurbished a Dell Inspiron 9400 gaming laptop
