I tried some retro gaming on the Archos 605 Wifi. It didn’t go so well. Media play controls and payback hold up surprisingly well. Though I ran into a catastrophic hardware failure, I did enjoy messing with this old media player from the mid 2000s.
Retro gaming on HTC Windows Mobile smartphones from 2007 and 2008 was quite the experience in both good and bad ways. I had a blast and yet ran into a lot of issues. Overall I think it went well. Windows Mobile pre-dates Windows Phone and has been around a lot longer than some folks know.
